4 MONTHS WAITING FOR A PAID UP LETTER
i am really struggling to get my paid up letter from DirectAxis. my account was paid up 25/06/2021 and still i am waiting for the letter. everyday i call and they said its been send to to the legal department as they need to give me a paid-up letter. i think this is really bad service. I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER TODAY. I AM TIERED OF CALLING AND GETTING STORIES AFTER STORIES.

04 Nov 2021, 10:42This is now getting ridiculous, I am still getting empty promises and nothing is happening. Why is this taking so long? Just give me my paid up letter and then we are done. Or must I wait another 5 months?
