30 minutes and STILL NO ANSWER
I need a settlement amount on my loan. I requested it online. No response. I phoned in yesterday and they can't give me one until the system updates. I phoned now and was holding on for 30 minutes!!! HALF AN HOUR TO ANSWER?????
