What a mess.. I received my settlement letter to pay my personal loan in full. Tried to do payment from my banking app. ERROR popped up. *** on bank account being paid.. phone this people to assis with the correct account number. Then I was told to go into the bank.. Want an app for the.. Now I have to take of work to go pay these people.. this is not the best.. so I asked will my debit order still go of in the new month. They advised yes i will have to phone in to ask for a pay back. But will wait 10 freaken days... not thinking of extra costs.. wow Service is amazing.. will go somewhere else for future assistance.
