1 Star rating is over rated. My wifes account Account is paidup before contract term. Account is in credit yet d/o has deducted again. On questioning the company they give you the run around and say they cannot assist need to speak to my wife, after a consultant confirmed my information has been entered on their system. In total 8 calls more than 20min still not any resolve.
