Unprofessional agents

The agent I was working with because very unprofessional when I told her I will be managing the apartment as the landlord. She refuses to transfer the deposit money into my account even after the tenant gave consent. There’s no where in the lease agreement where it states they have to keep the deposit money. She is not managing the the place yet she wants the funds in her account?!
