If I could give this agency a negative rating I would have. I have never in my life had worse service than what these people gave me. 1stly the granted access to an individual to a property I rented without my concent. They are not willing to assist Tennants to sort out issues with utility bills. They are willing to take your money for contract fees but not willing to sort out issues between Tennant and landlord, with regards to repairs. When you put preasure on them they state that the contract is between you and the landlord and they do not have to do anything to help you.
