Vouchers and coupons

In the past two months been sent to pillar to post just to redeem my vouchers and coupon. Your consultant not even trustworthy, always promising to call back or to escalate my claim, but no one got back to me... always have to call them for feedback or updates I am spending a lot of my air time calling, just to redeem my vouchers, because your USSD method is not helping me in any way. Vouchers are not even working.

in some occasion felt embarrassed just to use my coupon or voucher because they might no be working.
