<div>I just spoke to Wiseman from Clicks Direct Medicines and he informed me that my chrinic medicine was not sent last week because of a R10 excess payment and for yhat there has been no release. My word why am I not contacted I have made arrangements with them for the payments it should be written and highligted in their system. Chronic medicine is essential medicine that the client/patient is in dire need of.

They also did not dispense all seven items as the pharmacist made a mistake last month and I had to phone them for which they only dispensed the other three items two weeks later and now it is the same nonsense over every month because off the mistake they made and their explanation is that the medical aid will not dispense it together on the same date because of their inability to do their work right. By next monday I would have to telephone them again to sent me the rest of my medicine.
