Direct Medicines Service Sucks

I have Chronic Kidney Disease and Diabetes. I have been receiving my chronic medication from Direct Medicines like clockwork every month for the past 4months till this month. On the 12th of January 2021 I received only my test strips and expected to receive the rest of my medication the next day which is the norm however it is now the 15th of January and Direct Medicines has not even processed my medication. I WILL NEED my medication by tomorrow and unfortunately I cannot get to a Clicks or any other pharmacy for that matter. I NEED my medication delivered today!
