DIRECT MEDICINES CLICKS - POOR POOR POOR SERVICE
I have written a few reviews about Click Direct Medicine during the past year. The service was better only for two months. I contacted Whitney and had my delivery address changed to my work address and since then the delivery was better but the medicine has been horrible. My husband takes Purata and Zolnox to sleep at night. Since the address change the pharmacy has changed to the Gezina area but the counting of the medicine is poor. The puratas is always 5 or 10 short and if you complain to Direct medicines the supervisor for Whitney telephones and informs you that because it is a sleeping meds they cant do anything about it and the pharmacist that counted it did count correct it was also seen on the security video. Come on the security video sees them counting not if it is correct.
Last week my husband medicine was delivered the purata was correct as I counted it in front of the driver named Hans, and then I signed please note that there was no documentation attached or in the bag as usually. That evening when I came home I was transferring my husbands medicine to his overnight bag and then realised that the Zolnox was 10 short and immediately sent an email to Whitney about this also I realised that the Aspavor tablets was not delivered. The following day the pharmacist from Gezina named Kobus telephoned me and informed me that everything on their side was done correctly and that he would telephone me back if and when he takes stock and see if there is any short on the Zolnox and that he would phone me back. I am still waiting on Kobus as well as Whitney for any feedback.
Meanwhile I must make a plan to get another script to get the extra 10 Zolnox for my husband. Please please query this as this is not acceptable do I have to count every tablet that they are dispensing then I can just as well go to the pharmacist and sy give me the medicine and I will count it myself.
The pharmacist informed me as well that the camera shows the medicine was dispatched correctly he also asked me if I received the documentation of which I informed him that there was no paper work attached in the packet as the previous months. He told me that the paperwork shows that the medicine has been checked twice, well the Aspavor is not with the medicine and the Zolnox is 10 less that it should be.
Our medical aid is paying for this service and this is what we get .......
