Bad service

I have been waiting for the medication for two week and had to buy the medication from my pocket in this two weeks and when I call them they keep saying the med is will come on a particular day but never comes. The only thing they send to me is an sms saying my package is on the way and I spent my airtime over a number of times thus they will say your med will be dispatched and the situation is being resolved but nothing.
