Unsolicited marketing communications

The "opt out" option from the national marketing database is a ****. I took the trouble to log in and remove my information from the national marketing database by opting out from receiving any marketing communications in August 2017, it is November 2019 and I am still receiving unsolicited marketing communications. When I ask these marketers where they got my info from and consent to call me they all say the NMD, how because I have opted out??? My pricavy continues to be violated on a daily basis and I do not know what to do anymore and it is frustrating!!!
