wrong product, took it back still no refund

i ordered teh starter for Cherry Tiggo on 29 May 2015, which Dillan said he has. he sent me an invoice and we agreed on paying when i collect. He gave contact numbers of his supplier in Vereeniging Shawn, and I went there with the sample. he gave me what he said was correct and when i got home it was not correct. i took it back the following day, but Shawn was not available even though we made an appointment. I called him from his shop and he promised to deposit my R1250.00 on Monday, 1 June 2015. Up until today, i have even talked to Shawn's wife and Dillan, everytime they promise to transfer the following day. these people i *****s people should be very careful.
