Poor service

Bought a throttle body from Engines Direct 30 Meynhardt Street Strand. We give them the engine number and part number but the part was not correct. Last Monday we took the part back. They told us the refund will be done in 2 working days. It is 5 workings days and every day they have an excuse why refund has not been done. Don't know what to do anymore.
