*****!! They take your money but don't deliver!!!

We paid R33 000.00 over to Direct Engines (Direct Auto Sales) on the 6th of October for an engine we wanted to purchase from Direct Engines. We obtained a quote from Dillan Beukes and his service was prompt up to that point. He sent pictures of the engine as well as the engine number which we cleared with SAPS. He insisted that the full amount be paid on pro forma and that the engine would be delivered in the next 2 days. I did do a internet check on Hello Peter under Direct Auto Sales before hand and no results were found as all previous complaints were under Direct Engines. It seems these people trade under a different bunch of names. No engine was delivered after many many stories and excuses. Shane from Vereeniging was supposed to supply the engine and we received a refund of R20 000 from them but still waiting for the balance of R13 000.00. It seems these people are involved in ********** practises. There are many other complaints on the internet concerning Dillan Beukes. Do not do business with him, he will take your money and you will never see the part you paid for.
