I bought a ECU box for my car in January

I bought a ECU box for my car in January. It wasn't cheap. Received an automatic box for my manual car. Important features of my car didn't work. Sent the box back. Received the exact same box that gave the same errors. I have been driving like this for 8 months. Charles said he would get me another box after I asked for my money back. Now he is ignoring my messages. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating!! If I get in an accident I will sue the **** out of you. Traction control doesn't work and other features as well. I will now contact the ombudsman and my attorneys and will take it from there. I have all the messages and proof of payment. Looks like they have alot of bad ratings. I am VERY disgusted in your poor business ethics. You shouldn't even operate.
