I wouldn't even give him 1 star.I took my Spark to Charles who told me the ecu was faulty. It took 2 months for him to find a second hand one and I had to pay double upfront for it. Once installed it never worked. He refused to give me a refund and said I must leave it with him to sort out. After the car being with him for 4 months and him telling me every month there was other things wrong with it and he's trying to find the fault. I found out he never even worked on it and told him I was going to fetch the car. He then messaged me to say he's pushed it into the street and I must fetch it. He still told me I must thank him for trying to help me.
