Broken bed - want refund

I bought a bed from Direct Bedding Manufacturers cc - from the first day the bed made a noise - now 19 days later, they refuse to come and collect and insist I bring it back to their factory for another one. If I had transport to take it back I would not have paid R300.00 for delivery of the bed. He also argued and argued with me that it was our fault the bed is broken. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. i still have the bed and have now decided to take the matter further as it seems like they refuse to collect the bed or exchange it. NOW I just want a refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARN - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
