No one pics up the phone

Good day,<br> I have a query regarding documents I need to have Apostilled. I tried calling DIRCO 4 times over the last tw days, but each time a lady answers the phone, and puts me through to a number that just rings and rings. I called again, telling her that no one is picking up but she just cuts me short and puts me through to the same number. I try holding on for about 30 minutes at a time as I have an urgent question (I also tried emailing but havn't received a response in over a week). <br> This type of service delivery is unacceptable.
