Waiting 4 x months since vacating the store and deposit has not been paid back to me. I have been with them since 2***(April). I left the store in the exact condition I have received it from them. They expect me to remove tiles when I received premises tiled already. Backroom wall has been there since I moved in, they expect me to remove at my cost. Light fixtures not 100% when I moved in, they expect me to make it 100% for them. I have made zero changes to the premises in my term as tenant, all as i found it. Heartbreaking for a longterm tenant to be treated this way.
