Passing the buck
Today I received a letter of demand from dipula regarding a outstanding amount that is a mistake from there side.
After many years of business it sadens me to see that they could not take the time to pick up the phone or email me ragarding the outstanding amount. They send me a letter of demand!

1. 21/07/2014 you charged me Rental and rates and taxed for May which I was not suppose to pay as may was negotiated on a free one month installation period. This is why for some reason it was only added on in July wrongly.( go check your statement) Amount: R9746-99
2. 21/07/2014 The deposit was made via a absa bank guarantee.(as this was stipulated in the agreement as except-able) This was emailed to your office and the original given to Lyn (who gave it to your Michael Davis) your onsite representative. This was done when I moved in and now your staff lost the original bank guarantee now you want to send me a letter of demand without even phoning to only find out that this is in your possession. (michael davis) Amount: R23276-00

Please take one minute out of your day and phone me to tell you where you made the mistake before sending a letter of demand.
