TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RESPONSES

i have made a purchase with this company and have a terrible experience all round, after two weeks i could not trace the parcel and when i contacted them i was refered to there track and trace site, taking into account i could not trace it, hence the email . After numerous emails back and forth they decided on a new tactic , that was referring me back to there website with a link to there comapny policy on deliveries times, which state that it takes 10 to 45 working days for international deliveries , which as of today is 60 working days and they still send me this link, i have asked for a refund which is also not forth coming as apparently they have fullfilled there order mandate Its sad that companies like this is allowed to conduct business in this way knowing we are on the other side of the world and there is not much we can do but email them DONT USE THEM IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG U WILL BE THE ONLY ONE WHO LOSES
