Bad Service and Feedback

DO NOT purchase from Dipee Deals as they do not give you feedback or updates on orders as promised. I purchased an item on 26 March 2018 and still have not received my order or any feedback. They quote the following delivery times which is FALSE : " Delivery Time: USA / Canada Shipping Take ( 10- 15 Business Days) International Shipping Takes ( 10 - 25 Business Days)" Thereafter when querying the delivery of my order I receive this response: "Delivery time to United States: 10 - 15 business days Delivery time to international: 10 - 45 business days an order takes 3 weeks on average to be delivered."

After numerous emails back and forth to query the delivery of my purchase they send me a link (https://www.postoffice.co.za/) to query with the South African Post Office...REALLY???

This bad taste as definitely left me skeptical from ordering Internationally online. :-(
