I had a great experience when buying and hiring my graduation regalia. The process was smooth from start to finish , including returning the hired items, with no hassle at all regarding the refund.

The staff(ALL OF THEM ☺️)were friendly, professional, and very helpful. I was especially impressed by the follow-up two weeks after graduation to check if everything went well and whether I had received my refund.
