Does not return deposit. No response

My self and landlord agreed on termination of rental contract with a fair penalty which was paid.<br> Diplomatic properties did not return my full deposit. With held R9500 and did not pay the penalty to landlord.<br> Owner Wynand is too ***ardly to return my calls. What a JOCK.<br> <br> Suggest.<br> 1. Don't deal with them<br> 2. If you have to , place your deposit with independent lawyer.<br> <br>
