They Stole My Stuff

have parcels they haven't bee delivered yet since they have arrived in South Africa. It happaned my fiance send me some items from London to South Africa and inside the was money and jewellaries stuff of our wedding, so the company I have named on tha top ask money for delivery and I payed them that money they asked for insurance. They didn't delive my stuff they just tell me that the police took my stuff and they say that police want R10 000 to release my stuff, so I'm little confused about that. All what I want is my stuff and that's all.
