Send nothing valuable with Diplomat....

Their drivers stayed over at our guesthouse, and in the morning drove into our gate, after which phoning me telling me very loudly it was my fault... Their company after a whole day did not even try and get in contact with us.. we had to phone multiple times being told by people they cannot help us it is not their job. They finally gave me over to their insurance, which was no help at all because they continue to not give any information out so the insurance cannot help us either. Who ever is running this company is Souht Africa, I would take a look at my employees and also on my management s****s if this is how the public is treated by your company.
