jacket ruined

hi i took my jacket to your branch at in March 2015. When i went to fetch it it was not black but white took it back and they told me they will fix it but when i got it the second time it was worse.Now when i go to fetch it im taken from pillar to poat or they are not open.I asked them to dye it they said they dont dye till now no one has contacted me to fix the situation.I want a new Jacket or the old one back to its original state.
