Through my review I have found there is a principal to follow in both being a leader or a manager. I believe you must have good objerving and hearing and understanding communication s**** and to be calm or humbled because I believe to lead or manage these s****s must be put foward to know how to deal with your team mate or team when any anything wrong can accure and believe that will help us to learn out of our failliers and grow out of our learning and be successful out of our growth and then integrity inovation lead and all the other important factors will have its place in the business.
