Plaster Sands

I have such bad experience with Diphoko sands and Stones for the past days regarding they service !! i have ordered 6m plaster sand which was having stones,i reported the matter 3 days ago,The guy came and check the sand he confirmed the sand has stones he will report the matter to company and then promised to bring the sand the next day which was Tuesday. Wensday i called at 2.00 pm they told me the truck is already out on my way,@ 4:00 pm when i called and ask where is truck the changed the story that the sand will be delivered the morning my sand will be on the first load of thursday. Till today no sands was received,i call again this morning 16/11/2017 @ 8:00 am to check what is progress still i keep on getting same message the Truck still coming
