Diphasweng Financial services ****
A complete ****. Misled me by not revealing extra transfer fees for loan amount signed for. Even after paying a Borrower protection cover fee of R2800… they then wanted another R4000 to effect a loan amount transfer. This was not stipulated in the signed loan agreement or ever disclosed. Completely ******* and they have not answered me to pay back my initial fee. Absolutely ******* and ********.

Great Experience with Diphasweng Financial Services
Sarah & other Diphasweng Financial Service Team are always so supportive and clear in explaining exactly what is happening and needs to happen, extremely knowledgeable staff, that was always super helpful and pleasant to deal with at every step of the process. Everything was easy from beginning to end. The assigned service support assistant was knowledgeable and friendly. Tebogo also kept me in the loop, and he was able to explain the process in a manner which I felt confident throughout the loan process. I thought I lost my money for the Insurance paid, but when I followed through the compliance process to the end, everything came out positive. I am happy to receive my payout. Diphasweng Financial Service is Good & Legit
I really appreciate Diphasweng team and customer support for keeping to their word. I was little bit skeptical when I saw some negative reviews about them, but I decided to do what I had in mind. I followed the instructions accordingly and I was approved. After the Insurance stuff, I got my payout cleared. Never judge a book by it cover. It is better you follow the instructions and ensure you visit the official website for more details to confirm if you were approved or not. I am indeed happy that I have my loan paid out into my account. I followed the customer agent online to verify everything through www_diphasweng_co_za. All thanks to Diphasweng team for the approval. Everything was swift Online without stress. Thank you and God bless your good work
