Dipenknip Rustenburg

Previous 5 months I sent my 3 dogs 1x Staffi, 2x Miniature Schnausers to dipenknip. Staffi bath & shave, 2x miniature shnausers full dip en shave. R530.00. They surely look beautiful when they always come back home. Today 11.01.2023 again off they go to dipenknip Rustenburg. After a while I recieve the account R630.00. I whatsap the lady asking what happened now with the R100 extra. No, that is always their price. No prices increased yet she says after I asked. Sorry but that is the amount you must pay please. I asked for the managers number, no but the manager is standing rigbt beside her. I said please explain where the R100 comes from, because its alwyays the same dogs. No she says there are 3 at the reception maybe they confused the 1 shnauser with a yorky. Isaid no, not a chance. Other reason, dog picked up weight. I nwarly asked if the weigh the dogs, but left it there saying I will only pay R530.00. Yes its omay for this time, but next time, R630. Please be careful for this doggy parlour. Ask price before hand even if you are a regular client.
