No electricity

Hi we have been without electricity since Sat 15/2/2020 in Grootvlei Mpumalanga. After loadshedding there went something wrong at one of the substations and the mineside and Schoonplaas have been left in the dark! The service are pathetic they keep on promising but nothing happens. Schoonplaas has power since yesterday but nothing in tge mineside. It is day 4 now we get no responce from them and we don't even know what are actually wrong. Poor poor service!
