Worst service ever🤮

I ordered flowers on the 22nd of June 2022, they were never delivered. When I made a follow up 4 days later, I was told East Rand is 2 hours away from their office, I need to pay extra delivery fee.. I agreed because I needed the flowers delivered to my wife despite that they never communicated this with me. Only to be told the driver is gonna go to Medunsa, they don't know when he will be able to deliver since East Rand is far. The 30th of June flowers still not delivered, I still made a follow up. They offered me a refund option which I took. 5th of July, made a follow up now in regards to the refund. The lady I spoke to said she's processing it. July month end when I had not received the refund I called again, which I was told to send email.. Sent email countless times, sent whatsapp messages countless times only to be blue ticked. It's September now still no flowers, no refund no communication..
