Unhappy client, I doubt I will use Dipalesa again!

This was my first time buying from Dipalesa, I ordered flowers for a birthday to be delivered on a specific date. Firstly, I had to follow up on the online order that I placed and paid. No confirmation of payment or feedback that the order was not given to me until I called a couple of times on the day the flowers were meant to be delivered. I was told that I would get feedback as the owner was not aware of my order. I kept calling instead my calls were ignored until I got someone else to call her on my behalf and she immediately answered. As a client I expect constant feedback and communication so that I am aware of any issues with my order.
