Disgusting, lying ******

I ordered flowers 3 weeks ago and they were never delivered. I called them on the day of delivery but they did not answer their phone and didn't respond to my email. When I texted them a few days later they told me they didn't receive my payment hence they didn't deliver. They then told me that they had sent me an email the day before scheduled delivery which they couldn't resend because there was no email in the first place. I checked with payfast and they confirmed that my payment was cleared on the same day. I then asked for a refund from Dipalesa and they told me that they have processed the refund. It's been 2 weeks and when I ask about the refund I'm now told that it was never processed in the first place. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
