Another unhappy customer

It is so disheartening that even after all these reviews left about this company years on end their service still hasn’t improved

I had ordered flowers from them on the 10th of November 2023, my flowers were not delivered no form on communication from them as to why the flowers were not delivered as promised on the 11th of November 2023

On Monday the 13th I had requested for a refund, no form of explanation was granted as to why the order was not delivered they had asked for my banking details for refund now all of a sudden I cannot go through to them

This is so heartbreaking that we entrust small enterprises and they yet fail us dismally
