I would give a 0 star if it was possible. My niece never received her matric dance bouquet because the driver went to the wrong house and never bothered to call. Dipalesa flowas didn't answer their WhatsApp number on time to rectify the issue and they were not bothered about this as they said that the driver informed them that the flowers were declined and there was no single apology or accountability
