Horrible service

I ordered 20 roses on the 25th late at night for delivery on the 26th but it wasn’t delivered. I hoped that maybe they will deliver on the 27th on Friday but still nothing. I tried to call them but there was no response. Sent DM’s on Instagram still no response. I then sent an email on Friday, they rep**** asking for my order number, I gave it to them but there’s still no response since then. I’m very disappointed because I was so looking forward to my best friend receiving these flowers. The service is so bad. I want my money back no need to send the gift anymore because the birthday has passed now, I just want my money back including the delivery fee.
