Xbox One 1TB no refund for almost a month
I had purchased an Xbox One 1TB which came with a game, one controller all for R4,458.00 . I received the goods and tested the machine only to realising that I would need to have uncapped data package or a reasonable data plan to run the machine and games I had then decided to return it within 2 days of receiving. That was on the 22 November 2017. It is now the 14 December 2017 and I have received no refund as yet. Very disappointing that this has to take so long and the call centre does not answer and keeps on putting me on hold. Terrible communication.

You can easily cut and paste a response to my review which makes it seem like you idiots are giving me feedback to my query. This is ridiculous customer service! I want my money! I am fed up with Dion Wired!
