Wrong information given by Sales person

My father bought a Hisense H3 U988 Cellphone from Dion Wired in Tygervalley 2 weeks back. <br> <br> He was told covers are freely available. He wanted the Samsung A5 but was told this phone is much better. I now believe they either had no stock of the Samsung A5 or the profit margin on the Hisense products are higher.<br> <br> I phoned, visited all retailers selling Hisense products and even these Chinese stores with no luck.<br> <br> I would please like to know where i can get covers and even a screen guard. Few shops told me that you do get a screen guard and cover with the phone but my father did not receive anything. The only cover was the 2 that you can replace the back cover with yes but no protection cover nor screen protector.<br> <br> I feel this sale was done as the sales person still had to reach there target or to push up there profit percentage.<br> <br> Regards
