Worst service I have ever had to deal with

<p>I bought a split air conditioner unit from Dion Wired Kolonnade on the 26th March for R7999. The sales assistant Jaychand Ramsuran told me they don't have the unit in store, but will arrange that it get delivered to the store on the 30th March. He assured me that it will be there on the date promised so that I can pick it up. Got there at 17:45 PM and the unit was not delivered. I was first told that my unit was in Germiston and is loaded on the truck and will be delivered to my home the next day. One of the other sales assistant then said he managed to arrange with Game for the same unit, and I can go and collect it from their store. I went to Game and noticed that the unit did not look the same as the one I ordered. Therefore I did not take it. By this stage I was extremely unhappy with the services, because surely the manager should have arranged this for me and not make me do the runaround for nothing. Then went back Dion Wired and insisted on a refund. The manager of the store could not get to a solution and refunded me then just send me on my way. The sad thing is I have just bought a LG TV for R 15 999 a week before from the same store. I was also planning to buy a fridge this weekend from this store. Well obviously this is not going to happen anymore. </p>
