Worst service ever, wait no service at all with dion wired.

I have been phoning dion wired boksburg, menlyn, and Bedford view just to try and get a quote on a repair for my Samsung mobile i have made 20+ calls, went to dion wired store in boksburg once, since December until end of January, does dion wired not need business? Or is customer service just useless, they always say the guy that does the service bookings is not in today.
