worst service ever

<p>bought a fridge @ Dion Wired Baywest, Port Elizabeth cash yesterday 2016/12/16 and got free delivery because of public holiday. i was promised the fridge first thing Saturday morning, i had a wedding and a birthday party to go to and at 15:00 still no fridge. they made me sti whole day and wait for the fridge. when i phoned the branch i was told that the branch manger is out 3hrs already and that the admin manager will help me. she told me they can't gelt hold of the drivers or the tansport company. no one had a standby number of the branch manager even. I was told that the driver is in sherwood an will make his way to malabar afterwards. when i cald again tey told me the driver decided he is going to walmer after sherwood. So what happened to my delvery then? i feel that it was unexceptable that I had to wait the whole day for a fridge to be delivered an also I had to cancel the two functions I was supposed to be at because of the level of service I received from Dion Wired.</p>
