Worst service delivery in all of e-commerce!!

I guess I'll be posting reviews until Dion Wired sort's out their online service delivery, which means this won't be my last one. So for the second order placed in a row, they have exceeded the "service delivery promise", which by the way has changed from 3-5 days to 7-10 days. Today is day 7, and the online support team can't even tell me why the package is that I ordered, nevermind when it will be delivered. Order # ********** 62 is floating somewhere in space and they "think" it has been dispatched to the courier on Tuesday (3 days ago) because that's what the system says. Who knows if it has actually left the Dion Wired warehouse. My previous order took 17 days so let's see if they can beat that!
