Worst online store ever - DONT USE DIONWIRED

Black Friday order paid for and now 2 weeks later well after the 5-10 day delivery promise, still no feedbac**** Numerous telephone and email queries and a I still cant get through. IVR must be the worst in customer service history. Even phoning H/O doesn't resolve the problem.

Pity I didn't look here first as the number of complaints is frightening.

DO NOT USE THEM, they are useless
