Worst online service ever

How this shop survives in the current ecommerce landscape is a mystery! Waiting time for delivery is ridiculous and no way of following the progress on your order! Help lines are either defunct or not answered. I am waiting for a coffee machine, the maximum expected delivery time is exceeded and I have no idea where my purchase is. I honestly wish I had used a competitor! Never again Dion Wired!!!!!
