Worse Online ordering system ever

You guys suck! Placed an order on the 25th of November, the money went out the exact same time and I received a confirmation received. I emailed you guys on the 27th of November asking how I can track my order as it asks me to log in to my account but I don't have an account. Until today, no one has responded and I haven't received my order!
