Hello divanmuler,

As discussed telephonically with yourself yesterday.

The laptop was sold to you in a sealed condition, signed out of our high risk cages and verified by our sales staff. Nothing untoward, regarding the weight of the box, the seal being broken or objects moving around in the box was noted other than the box was in a saleable condition as per all the other units in our cages.

All deliveries received at our back door are checked and our stock integrity protocols are sound and in place as explained to you. I have investigated your claims 100% and can find no wrong doing on the part of the manager Nadia who was on duty, nor the sales person who assisted you.

Both team members verify that the unit was in a sealed condition when it was sold to you and you returned the unit in an unsealed condition claiming there was no laptop inside the box.

The item was sold to you and was in your care from the minute it left the store.
Whilst I understand your frustration, in discussion with you yesterday, our position on the matter is unchanged.

I have escalated this issue to our resident CPA litigator and our decision has been verified.

Kind Regards

Nigel Pepperell
