Wish I had read Hello Peter before purchase from Dion Wired

It is now 17 days since the purchase. I cannot believe that a company like this is still operating. There is zero customer service and without any way of contacting anyone at this company, I am left to believe that their online shop is a ****. It seems there are neither products nor employees. I have lost hope in actually getting delivery of the Samsung Tablet ordered and am now attempting to get a refund.
